Eileen Donahoe is the Executive Director of the Global Digital Policy Incubator at Stanford University, Cyber Policy Center. Previously, she served as US Ambassador to UN Human Rights Council in Geneva in the Obama/Biden Administration and as Director of Global Affairs at Human Rights Watch. Earlier in her career, she was a technology litigator in Silicon Valley.
