Michał Kuczmierowski is a Member of the Management Board at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa where he is in charge of business and development strategies, oversees the financial department and the implementation of IT strategy that supports the development of cybersecurity skills/ cyber competences in PGZ.
Mr Kuczmierowski has been working in business and consulting for over 20 years, including 10 years in the financial sector. In the years 2015-2018 he has worked for the PKO Bank Polski, including as the Director of Marketing and Communications Department. Amongst others, he was responsible for the inventing and applying new marketing and communication strategy that incorporated increasing use of new media and online communication. He has also worked for Bank Zachodni WBK (Santander Group) where he served as the Director for the Santander Universidades Programme and where he managed to developme new businesses, as well as integrated business & communication in the academic sector.
Mr Kuczmierowski has experience in the implementation and management projects, marketing & PR, strategic communication and information management, as well as the execution of restructuring projects. Mr Kuczmierowski has worked for companies from the financial, technologies, automotive sectors and heavy industries.
Graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and ISESE Business School in Barcelona.
