Olgierd Syczewski is a Program Coordinator at the Warsaw office of the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). He is an expert in monitoring and analyzing disinformation and influence operations. Syczewski coordinated CEPA StratCom project, which was monitoring disinformation in Poland, the Baltic States and Romania. He acted as an expert and moderator in discussions on information warfare. In partnership with U.S. Embassy Warsaw, he conducted educational workshops for the next generation of leaders in the field of cybersecurity and digital hygiene. He was a member of the international working group monitoring disinformation related to the COVID-19 pandemic in 14 countries.
